• Idea discovery through multiple modes (Pain Point Mining, Trend Surfing, Founder-Market Fit, Adjacent Innovation)
• AI Co-Founder Chat for guided exploration
• Exportable reports and analysis results

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use only one account per person

5. Token System

The Service operates on a token-based pricing model:

• Tokens are purchased in packages at prices displayed on our pricing page
• Tokens do not expire and remain valid indefinitely
• Tokens are non-transferable between accounts
• Token costs for different features are displayed before each action

6. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through our Merchant of Record:

• Paddle.com handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance
• Prices may be subject to VAT depending on your location
• Accepted payment methods are determined by Paddle
• Tokens are credited immediately upon successful payment

7. Refund Policy

Our refund policy provides consumer protection:

• 14-day cooling-off period: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if no tokens have been used
• No refund once tokens are consumed: Once you use any tokens from a purchase, that purchase is non-refundable
• Partial use: If you've used some tokens, the remaining unused portion cannot be refunded

8. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• You own the reports generated from your ideas and may use them freely
• We retain a license to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services

• Reports are informational and should not be considered professional advice
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• Always consult qualified professionals (lawyers, accountants, business advisors) before making significant business decisions
• Investment and business decisions based on our reports are made at your own risk

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

These Terms are governed by Polish law:

• Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Poland
• Consumer rights under Polish and EU law are not affected by these Terms
