All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf. Any refund you receive will be processed through Paddle.

Note: While we aim to honor all eligible refund requests, final refund decisions are made by Paddle in accordance with their policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Digital Content & Token Consumption

Bedrock Reports provides digital content (tokens) that are consumed immediately when used. Under EU law (Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive):

• Tokens are digital content that grant access to AI-powered analysis features
• When you use tokens to generate a report, the digital service is delivered immediately
• By using tokens, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the service
• You acknowledge that once tokens are consumed, you lose your right of withdrawal for those specific tokens

4. Refund Eligibility

You ARE eligible for a refund if:

• You request a refund within 14 days of purchase AND no tokens from that purchase have been used
• Technical issues prevented you from using the service (e.g., persistent errors, service unavailability)
• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase in error

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

• Any tokens from the purchase have been used to generate reports or access features
• You have used some tokens and want a refund for the remaining balance
• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase (unless unused tokens remain)
• Your account was terminated due to Terms of Service violations
